2021
Founded in Shenzhen
Shenzhen SZBCBK Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in Shenzhen. Our core engineering team brings more than ten years of experience designing and delivering custom automation equipment, including many multi-station production lines. That hands-on project work showed us where the industry was struggling, so we shifted from building custom machines to developing standardized core motion components for automation integrators, and began in-house development of circular guide rails and cam conveyor chains.
2022
Prototypes Proven
We designed, machined and assembled our first cam conveyor chain and circular guide rail prototypes, then put them through long-duration endurance testing, mechanical simulation, and load and positioning accuracy tests. After solving the key challenges of high-speed recirculating transfer, wear life and repeatability, the prototypes met every design target and were ready for volume supply.
2023
Market Launch
Our standardized cam conveyor chains and circular guide rails went to market and began shipping in volume to automation integrators for multi-station recirculating assembly and inspection lines. At the same time, we started developing rotary dial tables, cam indexers and linear motor precision stages, extending our range to cover both rotary and linear motion.
2024
Second Generation, New Markets
We launched second-generation cam conveyor chains and circular guide rails with higher load capacity at speed and longer wear life. Our indexing tables and cam indexers reached final design, and our linear motor stages passed process validation at customer sites. Our components now go into automation lines for optical communications, semiconductors, consumer electronics and battery manufacturing, giving integrators modular motion building blocks.
2025
Built to Scale
We put a complete quality system in place, from CAE simulation to factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT). With strong growth in optical communications and AI computing hardware, orders for our circular guide rails and cam conveyor chains kept rising, and we became a dependable domestic source of core motion components for automation line integrators in China.
2026
Looking Ahead
We remain focused on precision motion components, refining the modular design of our cam conveyor chains and circular guide rails to shorten development time for integrators. With in-house expertise across cam conveyor chains, circular guide rails, linear motors, indexing tables, rotary dial tables and cam indexers, we offer complete motion component packages for semiconductor, AI computing and new energy manufacturing, helping China's automation equipment reach the next level.
