From selection and installation to years of operation, our engineers stay with you to keep your line running.

Warranty
Standard products carry a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. Parts that fail under normal use during the warranty period are repaired or replaced free of charge.
Fast Response
We respond to technical questions within 24 hours and can send engineers on site when needed.
Spare Parts
Wear parts such as chain links, rollers and guide rails are kept in stock and can be ordered individually, with long-term supply assured.
Installation & Maintenance
We provide installation drawings, commissioning guidance and lubrication advice, and help you through on-site installation and first start-up.

Answers to the questions we hear most about selection, installation and maintenance. Can't find what you need? Just ask us.

QHow do I choose the right model?: Send us your workpiece size, number of stations, cycle time, load and available space. Our engineers will recommend the right pitch, indexing and center distance and send you a selection proposal.
QWhat pitches and indexing options are available?: Standard pitches are 80, 100, 120 and 150 mm, with 8, 10 or 12 indexing positions and a center distance adjustable from 480 to 8000 mm.
QCan it be mounted horizontally and vertically?: Yes. Both vertical and horizontal mounting are supported. See "Installation & Dimensions" on each product page for support base layout.
QCan you customize mounting holes or the track layout?: Yes. Fixture mounting holes on the chain links can be customized, and so can the track layout, load, cycle time and dimensions.
QHow often does it need lubrication?: The standard version needs periodic lubrication. A self-lubricating polymer option is also available that needs no regular oiling, ideal for pharmaceutical, food and cleanroom environments.
QCan you provide 3D models and drawings?: Yes. Download them from the Downloads section on this page, or contact us for 2D/3D drawings of a specific model (STEP and other formats).
QWhat is the lead time?: Standard products ship in about 1 month. Lead time for custom solutions depends on the project.
